Heritage in Motion: FIVA Rally 2025

On May 28th, 2025, the spa town of Turčianske Teplice welcomed the second stage of the 500 km Slovenských FIVA Rally — Slovakia’s most prestigious historic motoring event. Against the backdrop of elegant colonnades and lush parkland, dozens of vintage automobiles arrived in style, each carrying the spirit of its era. From the refined lines of pre-war Mercedes-Benz to the bold geometry of post-war Tatras, the vehicles formed a living museum on wheels. Spectators gathered to witness not just machines, but memories — restored, polished, and proudly driven. Through my lens, I sought to capture the quiet dignity of these cars, the joy of their owners, and the timeless dialogue between engineering and emotion. These photographs are a tribute to movement, legacy, and the Slovak landscape that frames it all.
